Research Area:

Synaptic plasticity in cerebellar circuits.

Current Research:

To analyze the physiological and developmental role of the peptide corticotropin releasing factor in the adult and developing cerebellum.

Techniques:

• Immunohistochemistry: PAP and fluorescent techniques
• Neuroanatomical: Retrograde Labeling with Horseradish Peroxidase, fluorescent microspheres
• Physiological: both in vivo and in vitro preparations: Multibarrel extracellular recording, intracellular recording.
