Research:

My research concerns how glucocorticoids and the glucocorticoid receptor play a role in nervous system plasticity. I am specifically interested in how modulating glucocorticoid levels, through acute and chronic stress paradigms, effects sensory neuron growth and plasticity in various nerve injury conditions.
