Research

My research focuses on applying machine learning in various facets to mine novel information from clinical, molecular, and imaging data in glioblastoma clinical samples to uncover novel biomarkers for patient prognosis and to better characterize the evolution of disease. Specifically, my work seeks to better understand patterns in clinical data following primary management in glioblastoma to eventually define novel clinical guidelines clinicians may apply in their clinical workflows.
